You can cancel free of charge up to 5 days before arrival. If you cancel within 5 days of arrival, we will charge for one full night and refund the remaining amount. Once your stay has begun, refunds are not available for unused nights. Non-sterling credit card refunds may be affected by currency exchange rates. We can only issue refunds to the card used for payment.
